Meal Plan Financial Aid Voucher REQUIREMENTS

• All other school fees have been charged and paid on your MyJaxState account.
• You live off campus, commute, or live in a campus apartment.
• You have excess funds in the amount of the requested meal plan after all other fees have been paid.
• You DO NOT live in Crow, Curtiss, Daugette, Dixon, Fitzpatrick, Logan, Meehan, North Village, Patterson, Salls, or Sparkman.
